They will say things like 'Oh yeah, but you'll never love that cat the way you would love a child of your own', or 'who is going to take care of you in your old age? The cat?'.

Not going to lie, this cat child has a point. A true cat child is allowed on all surfaces no matter what, because at the end of the day the house belongs to them. It is the trade-off we all signed up for when deciding to bring a feline fur baby into our lives. And heck, if it means giving up our rights to our property, then let them take the keys.

If your cat was not your child then why would you spend hundreds of your hard-earned dollars to keep them in new toys and boxes? That would be completely insane. Not to mention all the costumes, treats and trees that we buy for them. Heck, there is a good chance we would send them to school if a cat child school opened up.
